Is there a purchase limit for devices?
There is no set limit to the number of devices you can purchase, subject to loan approval value from your Credit Union.
Am I limited to specific combinations of devices?
You may request any combination of devices that suits your needs.
Is there a warranty on the purchased devices?
Yes, there’s a one-year warranty on tablets, laptops, phones & gaming consoles, and two years on televisions from the invoice date. Extended warranties are available.
Who do I contact if I have issues with my device during the warranty period?
For warranty and after-sales services, please contact Unicomer Trinidad:

How will I receive my devices?
Your devices will be delivered to you at a specific venue, date, and time determined by the Credit Union. A George Pont representative will provide you with these details.
What if I need help setting up my device?
At delivery, you can request setup assistance, and a George Pont representative will arrange support.
How do I apply for a loan to purchase devices?
Loan applications must be processed through your Credit Union’s standard Loan Application Process.
What's the maximum loan value I can access?
The loan amount is dependent on approval from your Credit Union.
How is my loan installment amount determined?
Your Credit Union will calculate your installment amount.
Can I access this offer more than once if I'm a member of different Credit Unions?
Yes, subject to loan approval from each Credit Union.
Do I have to choose a Telecommunications Provider offer?
Choosing a Telecommunications Provider offer is optional.
How do I know if I can access the Telecommunications Provider’s service?
A service check will be conducted before proceeding with your loan application, and you’ll be contacted by a George Pont representative.
When will my telecommunications service be installed?
A representative from the Telecommunications Provider will contact you about the activation of your service.
Who do I contact for queries about my telecommunications service?
Please direct all service-related inquiries to the respective Telecommunications Providers’ Contact Centers.
Who conducts the LinkTT Training sessions and what do they include?
UWI-ROYTEC hosts the LinkTT training sessions. The training covers various aspects of digital literacy and usage. For specific details of what’s included, please reach out to us.
